Régence style giltwood chandelier, Napoleon III period

Regence style chandelier in carved and gilt wood with six arm lights.
The central structure is decorated with a frieze of grooves, acanthus leaves, tracery, beads, water leaves and laurel wreaths. The upper part is adorned with volutes.
The six arm lights are acanthus leaves shaped ending in scrolling and the cup is adorned with a ribboned bulrush molding.
Structure in good condition, nice gold patina.

Work of Napoleon III period.
