Gilt bronze clock of the Art Nouveau period

Gilt bronze clock with a case with floral and foliage motifs. Base with two front oval foot with wounded leaves motifs and two straight back foot with a rectangular shape linked each other, on three sides, by a C scrolls frieze and stylized palm leaves. Entablature decorated with darts and gadroons.
Overhead, two openwork frames decorated the case front : on one side butterflies on sun rays background, on the other side butterflies on flames background whereas sides are adorned with foliage motifs.
Above it, decor of braiding and two snail shells.
Gilt bronze background dial indicating hours in Arabic numerals red enamelled on white pastilles. Black hands with foliage motifs.
Top of the case adorned with a half circle with an openwork decor of beads, half archs, palm leaves and acanthus leaves frieze, continuing on sides by foliage scrolls.
Back with a decor of flower letting appear the mechanical system.

Work from the Art Nouveau period, late 19^th century and beginning of the 20^th century.
