Empire style stand in mahogany and gilt bronze, circa 1900

Empire style stand in mahogany standing on four sheath legs linked to each other by a cross stretcher, slightly exceeded legs and supporting a small covered pot also in mahogany.
Chiselled and gilt bronze ornamentation such as the lion paw toes, beads friezes framing the stretcher, the covered pot ring with a decor of flowers and palm leaves, decors of foliage scrolls on the legs top and the apron, Minerva heads on joints and the gallery with openwork circles motifs framing the tray. Ornamentation of painted glass plates with motifs of leaves on the exterior part of legs.
