Pair of rectangular side tables, with a canted corners tray. They stand on four legs composed by three small bamboo-shaped columns and the whole ensemble is joined by an X-shaped stretcher.
Design in the style of Madeleine Castaing (1894-1992), a famous french decorator close to the painter Soutine and other artists like Jean Cocteau, for whom she decorated his house in Milly-la-Forêt.
Work from the 1960s, slight marks on the wood, structure in good condition.
