Pair of two patina bronze, brown and gold, Renaissance style firedogs standing on two lion paws.
Scotie shape firedogs’s body lower part adorned with a three ends banner and framed by scrolled acanthus leaves on the sides and an acanthus leave frieze on top. A sphere, common pattern on Renaissance style firedogs, stands on this structure and is decorated with flames and fleur-de-lys, topped by a torch.
Work from the late 19th century.
