Pair of armchairs in black lacquered and gilt wood, 1970’s

Pair of armchairs in black lacquered and gilt wood standing on two back saber legs and two front claw and ball legs. Cut shape apron with a cul-de-lampe adorned with an openwork rocaille cartouche in gilt wood. Scalloped arm supports resting slightly behind the leg line and adorned with gilt rosettes. Arms finished by scrolls forming handholds and decorated with gilt volutes.
Openwork back with flared uprights and with a central scalloped splat back with gilt motifs of foliage, volutes and openwork rocaille cartouche.

Work realized in the 1970’s.
