Spherical-shaped “Vacuna” lamp in white tainted Murano glass with concave recess. It can be placed in two different positions.

Eleonore Peduzzi-Riva was born in 1939 in Milan. Architect, she worked with her husband before she started her career as a designer on her own in the 1960’s. She firstly collaborated with the Artemide Studio, founded in 1959 by Ernesto Gismondi and Sergio Mazza. Mainly lamps editor, such as Vacuna in 1968 or Herzog & De Meuron’s Pipe in 2002, the studio also published some furniture and objects, in particular Spiros ashtray or the modular sofa DS-600, designed by Eleonore Peduzzi-Riva.
