Large chandelier in silvered bronze and crystal, Napoleon III period

Large chandelier with a silvered bronze structure composed of 24 fires on two ranks.
Model with a 6 branches bronze crowning in foliage scrolls shape decorated by crystal tassels swags in form of ice cubes and facets octogons.
Central shaft constituted of a bronze rod covered by cut crystal. He ends with a silvered bronze ball with chiselled motifs figuring acanthus leaves, buds, rosettes frieze on a guilloche background.
Two ranks of each 12 lights hang on the central shaft of the chandelier and then on the silvered bronze ball. Scroll shape arm lights thanks are topped by gadroon shape cut crystal bobeches on which ice cube and octogon tassels are hung. Facets octogons swags link the arm lights between them and also the arm lights to the central structure.
Chandelier ending with reversed flower in crystal hanging on a small tasseks swag.

Work realized during the Napoleon III period (1808-1873).

Silvering in very good condition. Functional electrical system.
