Baguès is a lighting house founded in 1840 by Noël Baguès who initially specialized in the manufacture of liturgical bronzes. With the widespread use of electricity in homes, the Baguès house began producing lighting bronzes in the 1860s. Baguès chandeliers were exported throughout the world and made the Baguès brand a reference in the field. lighting thanks in particular to its artisanal know-how. The materials are shaped using traditional techniques, as well as setting, gilding, and patinas, which allows Maison Baguès to have the Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant label, witness to the historical know-how of the house and their transmission.
